Oracle is a coding assistant. Don't turn it into a weapon. The list below isn't exhaustive — use common sense.
Don't use Oracle to
- Build malware, ransomware, or tools that deliberately damage systems you don't own.
- Scan, probe, or exploit systems without authorization. Bug bounty and authorized pentests are fine.
- Harass, stalk, dox, or enable violence against identifiable people.
- Produce CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content sexualizing minors.
- Manufacture or plan attacks using chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear weapons.
- Impersonate us or a third party to deceive others.
- Scrape or capture sites in a way that violates their Terms of Service, bypasses authentication, or overwhelms their infrastructure. Oracle's capture tool is for sites you own or have permission to capture.
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or billing.
- Ship AI-generated code as if a human wrote it when the contract or policy you're working under forbids it.
